Offer Agreement

This document is a formal offer (offer) to conclude a contract on the use of the platform for work on the following terms and conditions.

1. Terms and definitions
1.1 Offeror - the owner of the Internet platform, providing access to tools and functionality for work, located at: https://stream-models.info/en
1.2 Acceptor - a natural or legal person using the tools of the platform to work under the terms of this agreement.
1.3 Platform - software and related tools available on the Offeror's website, designed for traffic arbitrage and work with customers.
1.4. Customers - third parties with whom the Acceptor interacts through the Platform to perform its professional activities.
1.5. Offeror's Services - provision of access to the Platform, consulting support and auxiliary materials.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1 The Offeror provides the Acceptee with free access to the Platform and related tools.
2.2 The Acceptor shall use the provided tools to interact with customers and fulfil its professional tasks.
2.3 The Offeror is not involved in financial settlements between the Acceptee and the Customers and is not responsible for the fulfilment of obligations to them.

3. Contract conclusion procedure
3.1 The Contract shall be deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance of this offer.
3.2 Acceptance is carried out by:
Registration on the Offeror's platform;
Use of the Platform tools for work.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1 The Offeror undertakes to:
Provide the Acceptant with access to the Platform functionality;
Provide consulting support on the Platform usage;
Inform the Acceptant about changes in the Platform functionality.
4.2. The Offeror has the right to:
Restrict or block the Acceptant's access to the Platform in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement;
Make changes to the Platform functionality and terms of use with notification of the Acceptant.
4.3. The Acceptant undertakes:
To use the Platform exclusively in accordance with its purpose and the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
To provide true data when registering and using the Platform;
To comply with the legislation and not to use the Platform for illegal activities.

5. Responsibility of the parties
5.1 The Offeror shall not be liable for:
Financial relations between the Acceptor and the Customers;
Violations committed by the Acceptor while using the Platform;
Any losses incurred by the Acceptor as a result of using the Platform.
5.2 The Acceptor shall be responsible for the correctness of the information provided and compliance with the law when interacting with the Customers.

6. Personal Data
6.1 The Acceptant gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data when registering on the Platform.
6.2 The Offeror undertakes to ensure confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the law.
7. Modification and cancellation of the contract
7.1 The Offeror has the right to make changes to the terms of the offer and the functionality of the Platform. The new version comes into effect from the moment of publication on the website.
7.2. The Acceptant has the right to stop using the Platform at any time without further notice to the Offeror.
8. Final provisions
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by generally accepted principles of civil law.
8.2 Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and if it is impossible - in court in accordance with the current legislation.
